Surrender

In this episode I discuss what it means to surrender. Recently I had a life experience of losing a loved one that I had been at odds with for a number of years. I felt so many emotions, but mostly I felt so out of control. In this life season I had to learn how both acceptance and surrender come from a place of real love.
